You may browse the available music by Concerts (or other events such as the One-Shots, or Band Scramble) or by performers.

There are two kinds of recordings on this site: Live mixes and Remixed.

• A Live Mix is a direct recording of the final mix on the sound board at the live performance. It is not what the audience heard. Room acoustics, equalization of the monitors, sound coming from the stage (both without amplification and from the stage monitor speakers), etc. all add to the sound that the live audience heard. This is why the "board mix" is usually not the preferred mix for recording and why many concert recordings are made from microphones completely separate from the sound system.


• A Remix is when we take the original multitrack recordings--where each performer and instrument is recorded separately--and remaster the recording in post production. This is a time consuming process that usually takes several times the "real time" length of the recording to finish. Here we can individually equalize the inputs, apply reverb, compression, and other effects to make a much better-sounding end product.

I am making available sample clips of the Live Mix of each song until (and if) the artists for that song give their approval for the entire song to be made available. As I have time, I will also post remixed versions of approved songs.
